I was very happy to discover the Shoplet website. Prices were great. I found exactly what I wanted and more. Delivery was outstanding. My order was received before I even expected it, in just one day! I definitely will shop here again.

When I ordered an LCD from Shoplet.com, it showed as being IN STOCK, my PayPal account was charged and when I checked my order status on Shoplet.com later that afternoon, it showed as 'Processed - Order Sent to Warehouse'. I waited a few days and then called to see when it would be shipped. The girl on the phone told me she had to cancel my order because the item wasn't actually in stock when I ordered. Two days later I checked the Shoplet.com site and to my surprise the exact TV was listed on the site again and showing as 'IN STOCK'. I again ordered the TV. Later that day I checked the status and again it showed as 'Processed - Order Sent to Warehouse'. The next morning I received an email from Shoplet.com informing me that my order has been canceled again because the item wasn't actually in stock when I ordered.

My order was accepted, then I was informed that my decorating set was no longer on the invontory list. I got a tracking # from this company, only to find out that only 2 items in my order was shipped in a poorly sealed box.

The web site was not very easy to navigate. Organizing by manufacturer or alphabetical index would be helpful. In the end, I found what I wanted.

Notifications of my order being placed and shipped were quick and helpful; I chose standard delivery and my order arrived well within the estimated time. I would suggest more efficient packaging if possible though. All I ordered was an organizer refill and it came in a box large enough to ship 3 bulky sweaters! Not very environmentally friendly.

I would say that I enjoyed doing business with you up until the last part of my purchase, when I almost cancelled my order because of those "get $10 off your next shopping order" coupons. I cannot stress this enough---Any association you have with companies that use those tactics with shoppers deter me from coming back to shop your site. A pleasant shopping experience up front, then nearly dumped into the lap of a predatory 2nd party coupon promo!

I have ordered a l lot of ink and paper from several different websites.  Their prices have been rising steadily, so I searched for a lower cost provider.  Of course I had no idea how good the customer experience would be, but Shoplet had a very good price, so I thought I would try them. I ordered Epson ink and paper at about 3pm last Monday with standard shipping and handling.  The order was filled perfectly by 4pm the next day.  I am very impressed by your website and the people behind it.  Your price was excellent too.  Thanks for your help.  I look forward to doing business with you again!

I began shopping your site because you carried a product that I was looking for. I found what appeared to be a similar product so I purchased that one instead. The tabs were flimsy and likely will not hold up for the use I had intended. This is not your fault, I should have ordered the original product. I have not had the opportunity to use the drum unit I ordered but am hopefull that it will perform well. It is an after market product so my fingers are crossed. I was impressed with how qickly my order was shipped and received.

Order shipment was completely inaccurate; a complete disaster experiance, and customer service is not able to resolve it either. Supervisors are not available to talk either, as all of them are in meeting, as told by customer Service representative. Overall remark - Shoplet.com never tries to make a customer happy, even if the disaster is because of Shoplet.com's mistake.

I placed an order for Rolodex 3x5 inserts,was acceped,as in stock,paid with my credit card,got conformation of the order,and a delivering date.Yesterday i got an e-mail telling me they were out of stock.So I e-mailed them back to say return my money,they did to tell me it was never submitted for payment,so I hope it don't show up on my next credit card bill.I would not do any bussiness with this store again. I ordered a 42" Viewsonic LCD TV from them. Luckily I used PayPal Credit. They charged my account, then I checked in to make sure the change of shipping address was correct. I decided to ship it to my office rather than home, since that's where I'm at all day. Customer service made the change and I added rush processing so it would ship that day. Sure enough, it didn't ship, so the next day I call again only to find that the TV was mispriced and they were cancelling my order. Thanks for NOT letting me know what's going on.

OK, mistakes happen but the TV is still at that price on their website!! What gives?

Overall was Fantastic. Was a little hard finding the items I wanted, but once I did, it was well worth it. Price of my particular style was more then 1/2 cheaper than any other sites. With ground shipping was still more than 1/2 off normal price. "ground" shipping got it to me the next day.
