I found this place on line while searching for my Roper Jeans.. I was totally impressed with the courteous, professional and helpfulness of the person who answered the phone. Her name was Kate... honestly.. she sounded like someone who REALLY LOVES her job... very willing to help.. and gave me insight to discounts that I would had missed. Even though these pants are no longer being made... I have and would still consider shopping at this place... and have told others.

The send out too many emails, but they are the best in the business for product quality. Think about that, they are a reseller!!! Their site is the best organized and easiest to transit on the web. Great folks, I'll continue to buy from them because they almost always have the best price, and always have the best service. But, they would be better off sending a couple teasers a month, maybe a week, but no everyday. Delete, delete, delete.

It was my first purchase, and exceeded my expectations. The website was very easy to maneuver; I knew the brand of shoes I wanted, and the size and style. Found them right away. Instead of one pair, I ordered three because I was saving so much: both time and money. The order arrived much sooner than expected. From now on I order from Sierra!

STP got my mailing info wrong AGAIN! I even used the live help to try to correct the problem....but they got the mailing info wrong AGAIN anyway. It costs me time AND money to track down my item to where they sent it, and get it back. Third strike and you are out. No more STP for me......

The Kimlor Dog Beds are not tear proof as the ad states. I have purchased regularly for 2 German Shorthairs that I keep in the basement when we are gone. As you can see by my order record (if you keep one) I have multiple bed orders for these 2 dogs. These beds are a good buy but the covers are not nearly as indestructible as Kimlor would have you believe per their advertising. My shopping experience with you has been excellent.

You are very accomodating, and do all necessary to keep me as a loyal customer. You allow me to return whatever I need to, and at a low cost. You cap your s&h charges out and returns. You allowed me to apply my expiring gift cards. Thank you.

Incredible prices on the items I have purchased. Fast shipping, and never have had a problem with the item not being stocked in my size after purchasing. Name brands that I know and values for the quality that are the best I have ever found. If you watch the sale emails, you can sometimes get a discount off the rock bottom clearance prices with free shipping and in my case, NO TAX.

Great service, very good about accepting items that don't work out, no questions asked, even took a paddle sent on the final day of the guarantee, got there late no doubt, but they still accepted it. I have no hesitation dealing with this company--I know they'll treat me right.
