This is a great experience. I was able to go on line and customize the sign I needed - the service was outstanding. We had a problem with part of the neon sign not lighting properly and Signs Direct was very responsive in getting it resolved. I highly recommend this company. No problem finding items I was shopping for. I did pay extra for 2 day delivery. The products were ordered on Thursday 6/29/06 and were not delivered until Wednesday 7/5/06. I paid extra because I needed to use the sign especially on July 4th to advertise sale items. I was disappointed it did not arrive in time and believe I am due a refund for the extra shipping I paid for. Thank You, Ronda Powell  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:
