The site offers excellent selection: I could not find slip leads anywhere else. The supplements were not what I expected (plant extracts vs. regular vitamins) but they are satisfactory- maybe I didn't read the product info closely enough. The delivery time was very poor - it took like 5 working days to get my stuff. Unusual. You should change carriers. FedX 3 day select?

Did not have item in stock. I responded Immediately to email requesting order cancellation - no response. I tried again the next day and no response. I emailed a final third time the following day - nothing. Absolutey the worst customer service I have every experienced. I have ensured that everyone I know with pets does not shop here.

I was very happy to find the patches I was looking for on your site - however, I think your shipping practices should be reviewed. The two patches I ordered would have VERY easily fit into a small, standard letter envelope. Instead, the were put into a small plastic bag, which was then put into a large box (that a loaf of bread could have easily fit into) and shipped to me. I think it was a waste of a box, a waste of the paper inside the box, and certainly a waste of the shipping I paid ($6 or $7 for two patches? - come on now...that's overkill!)
