They would not refund me for two dog coats that would not fit my dogs.  They claimed they were both full of dog hair and dog slobber which was not true by any means.  I will never do business with them again.

Great people. awesome products and customer service. nice order tracking and detailed dog clothes fits and measurements were AWESOME and way better than other online dog retailers. same with business philosophy: acknowledging that dogs are part of the family and that I will pay lots of $ to get quality, detailed and specific dog apparel and products is the way to go! liked the products for small but active dogs to help keep warm: much needed!

I like SitStay because I seem to get my products quickly. I like the selection of products. I`d like to see more items for the disabled working dog. A really effecient, profrssional pleasant company to deal wit. They promised I would have my order by a certain date and fulfilled their promise. My sof krate arrived in good condition,but the outer packging was practically destroyed. UPS is NOT my first choice for a shipping company.
