SMART BARGAINS.COM IS EXACTLY WHAT IT SAYS IT IS. IT HAS VARIETY AND THE BUYERS APPEAR TO HAVE QUITE GOOD TASTE. I'VE ONLY HAD TO RETURN A FEW ITEMS, BUT IT WAS MORE DUE TO MY ERROR RATHER THAN SMART BARGAINS. SHOES! I HAVE PURCHASED SHOES HERE. NOT ONLY ARE THEY LOVELY - THEY ACTUALLY FIT! ORDERING THEM WAS GREAT AS YOU HAVE THE CORRECT SIZING OPTIONS AND EVERYTHING I LOOKED AT WAS ACTUALLY IN STOCK. THAT RARELY IS THE CASE IN A DEPARTMENT STORE. ON ONE OCCASION, I HAD HAD AN ACCIDENT AND WAS UNABLE TO RETURN A PURCHASE ON TIME, SO I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AMD ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER. I EXPLAINED THE SITUATION TO HER. SHE WAS VERY NICE ABOUT IT AND ALLOWED ME TO RETURN THE ITEM. OF COURSE SHE DID SAY THAT SHE WOULD ONLY DO IT ONCE WHICH IS UNDERSTANDABLE AS THERE ARE ALWAYS THOSE FEWS PEOPLE WHO TRY TO GET AWAY WITH THINGS, BUT SHE UNDERSTOOD MY PROBLEM. I WISH I HAD GOTTEN HER NAME, SHE DESERVES A RAISE! MY PURCHASE HISTORY SHOULD SPEAK FOR ITSELF. I KEEP COMING BACK. YOU HAVE A GOOD THING GOING HERE AND, GIVEN THE FACT THAT YOU ARE DOING THIS SURVERY, IT CAN ONLY GET BETTER. THANK YOU!

I love the site...but the quality of the product was sub par. I couldn't believe it was even being sold, it was horrible quality as soon as I received the packgage I return it the same date. Color was wrong and quality was HORRIBLE. I'm scared to purchase handbags again.

I am always amazed at the variety and quality of the products at SmartBargains. Recently, I was trying to find the perfect gown for an upcoming Gala and was initially disappointed when the first dress size I ordered, did not fit. I returned it and ordered a second gown in a larger size and it still did not fit. I returned that one as well and finally ordered the remaining larger size - a 10 - which was perfect. I guess it was the cut of this particular gown beause I am a size 4/6. Nevertheless, I am a very satisfied customer!
