All was good with Smart Bargains, the delivery had a problem. The projected delivery date was much later than the near delivery. A delivery attempt was made on the icy, snow day in January. No notice was received. Because the tracking showed delivery attempt, a call was made and informed left at the local post office, which still seems strange. Two days later went to the PO and they had no package then within the same week the tracking showed returned to sender and a few days received notification from Smart Bargains the package was received. Have reordered and hopefull of successful delivery this week. This item was difficult to find, I had to use google search to find it at Smart Bargains. Smart Bargains has kept me informed of their activites by email.

It was good. One item that I did not rec. in appropriate condition was the earrings. They were white gold with a diamond. When I opened the box 1 earring was laying in the box;it had come out of the velvet case, how, I don't know. The case was in a large box so I was lucky I found it. Other then that everything has been ok.

The sheets I received were a great deal for quality and price. The beaded valance had some beads missing and some that were not attached well. Rather than spend the time trying to get them replace (I don't think there were others available) I have modified them so they are now useable.

My shopping experience was great. But the Merchandise was not good the Pants that I got from Michael Kors selection tore the first time I wore the they split right in the back. The Shoes I got from Bill Blass are suppose to be leather according to the item description but they truly are not so needless to say I am not impressed with the Quality of this merchandise I received. I was dissapointed because the merchandised I got from smartbargains before I was quite satisfied.

I love the coat. I discovered when I got it that there was a snap missing. I considered sending it back but it was so cold here that I decided to make do. If I had paid more I would have been irked. As it was, the missing snap at the neck wasn't as big a problem as having no coat. Otherwise, great deal, great service.

Said I'd never return due to the WORST and UNKINDEST customer service I ever encountered. After spending thousands, and many disappointments I was injured and asked to return many items at once. I was refused (by a nasty young supervisor who said none of it was "her problem.") So I lost about $350, and you lost a very good customer. I decide to try again, broke my own promise. The new site design is plain awful: the stalling and black fields, the poor imitations of better search features. Just got the 2 tops: both were such low, shabby quality I'm shocked. Descriptions were very off or misleading. Can't wait to hear what Customer Service says, or to return them. Your "handy" return charges are outrageous. Online shopping is better than this.

The merchandise was top-notch! I am so glad that the site is associated with both American Airlines and United Airlines mileage malls.

There was a pricing difference from the time I originally placed my order and the time I actually paid for it. I e-mailed customer service asking for the $20 difference to be credited back to my credit card, and they basically said that because of their pricing policy they didn't have to credit me the difference but that they would. Like they were doing me a favor to do what was the right thing to do since I could/would have just cancelled the order all together. Didn't like their attitude, but I received what I wanted and deserved, which was the cheaper price -- so "whatever." I've been happy with my purchases from SmartBargains.com and recommend them to others.
