This place was amazing. I lived in PDT and so when I ordered it, it was very late EST. The ordered was processed and shipped the next morning.

My order for a Gateway AC adapter was accurate and perhaps what amazed me about this company was their customer service. Their online form to check the status of your order had nothing about tracking, so I called their customer service. I was never put on hold and the people I spoke to seemed knowledgeable and patient. All they needed was my order number and they could tell me everything about the part. I was never emailed my tracking info, which is why I called, and they immediately gave me the number.

The part was perfect, worked first time, and as well as my manufacturer one that had bit the big one a while ago. I would definitely buy from SPW again.

As far as prices, even with shipping, I paid less than I had from a single universal (I had bought two of these, thinking I'd save time and money). Gateway would've charged me twice as much, as would most computer suppliers in my area and online. This place can't be beat.
