I ordered something for my boyfriend for Christmas and am still waiting for it. I just got off the phone for the 5th time with customer service and this was the first time I got an answer on my order, not an estimate or a run around. It may be cheaper to buy from them, but you're getting what you pay for. These people are either not organized, not customer friendly, or both.The customer service has been absolutely terrible-not helpful or knowledgable. Example: I was so frustrated that my order was so late that I asked to have my order cancelled. The lady said that she would cancel it and send me an email confirming. I called back an hour later after I realized that it may be worth waiting for my gift because it was exactly what I wanted, and was told by the man that he would make sure that it wasn't cancelled and would either email or call me back that night. I never received either email or a call. The next day was Christmas Eve, and apparently they were closed, so I emailed them. I got an automated email back saying that customized orders cannot be cancelled anyways! So, not only did they not know what they were talking about, they never responded back anyways. I am now still waiting for my order to arrive after I found out that it was damaged before it shipped, and I was never notified of the hold up at the factory. Please please please save your money and frustration and buy elsewhere!
