I strongly recommend that you avoid sportskids.com. You might receive your product, but based on my experience and what I can gather online and by phone, you will probably not receive it quickly, and possibly not at all. If you have the slightest problem, which is likely, you will almost certainly wish you had never had to deal with them.
I placed an order with them in early January. It was supposed to include free shipping, but I was charged for shipping. No matter, I wanted the product. In February I still didn't have it, and called. It took several attempts to reach someone; I had to call on several different days before I could actually reach a human. The people were nice enough, and promised me it would arrive by March 3rd, but it is now March 6th and I still don't have anything--plus I cannot raise anyone by phone or email again, even trying two days in a row. I never did get a tracking number, so at this point I basically have no place to turn.
I have filed my first-ever complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Canton and my VISA card. It is personally hard for me to believe they had the motivation to start this company when they obviously have no motivation to run it. This is the worst shopping experience I have ever had in my life of 46 years, and that is no exaggeration.
Please do not give companies like this your business. There are many other good online retailers out there to choose from.
