This company has the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. Follow up is non existent.
I ordered an Ogio Locker Bag. Great price, promised ship date was 3/3/09. Great. Today is 3/23/09 and it STILL HAS NOT SHIPPED! I contacted them weeks ago to see the status and all they responded with was that they would contact the mfg. to see status. I called and emailed them several times thereafter and no response. They have some bogus answering machine message that says "they're busy helping other customers". No matter when you call that's their answer.
To this day I have no clue when I'm getting my bag, and quite honestly I don't think they do either. Seems like its being run by one severely inept person. I can't even cancel the oder because you can't talk or contact anyone there, emails are useless cause all you get is that automated response and not a real one.
Buyer Beware! This company absolutely sucks, I am in retail myself and this is not the way to run a company. If you don't mind NEVER getting what you ordered, then go ahead and buy from them, but if you'd like to eventually receive your merchandize go elsewhere.
