I knew what I wanted so there were no problems. I had trouble in the past with this merchant when I tried to return defective merchandise. I had to contact the manufacturer, who contacted Sportskids before I could get replacement items. Sportskids was not willing to exchange the defective merchandise for me. It took a lot of trouble and time. I have not found any other place to order this product so I am forced to go through this company.

When I first went to the website it said it takes 4-7 days to get it so I went to the website a week before I needed it sent to my niece's graduation and was told it would not get there in the 7 days so I'll know next time to allow 2 weeks. In question 2 I really don't know yet as it was shipped to another state-Wisconsin and haven't heard from my niece.

In trying to get sports items for kids, SportKids.com seemed to have a good variety of items that we needed. Unfortunately, we live in Canada, and some items are not able to be shipped over the border. I placed my order June 5, 2008, and I have not heard anything about it since. On other websites, online ordering is tracked and an e-mail sent to the purchaser to let them know the status. It would be helpful if SportsKids.com did the same. I am hoping I will receive my order this week.

Very easy to shop and check out. Tracking information not updated. Received first order very quickly. Was missing an item, but it was taken care of promptly. The second order I placed took a little longer to receive - don't know why because I couldn't track the package.
