Dreadful. Order never recd in UK. Had to wait a month before they would accept it was lost. Agreed to then re-send - after many emails they said they would do it immediately. When I contacted them again after 6 days they asked me for my address to re-send. Months later I am still waiting for my money back.

Any emails I have sent have come back with a response that either suggests they don't understand english, or they don't read the email - I never got any answers or anything that was promised.

P.S - this refunding of customs charge is a good business tactic - its well worth a major internet seller doing this as the number of sales to UK that are picked up by customs are minimal - I order from around the world all the time (large sums) and have only been charged customs twice in 6 years. Whats sounds like a genuine thing to do is just another way to get people to give strawberrynet cash. I have since heard a lot about out of date products, hence the cheap price.
The problems I have had with this delivery and getting my money back suggests to me that getting customs refunded from strawberrynet would be even more difficult anyway. What a headache! This is not my usual experience with other sellers
