I am so upset right now, words cant describe
My background
Im from Kuala Lumpur Malaysia and being for this part of the world having online store that caters for country is a luxury. I stumble onto Strawberrynet.com via a Malaysian blogger.
My experience
In a nutshell it is SO NOT WORTH IT. I purchase Dr. Murads Facial cleanser for Normal/Combo skin, I must admit purchasing it via strawberrynet.com I was able to save around USD10. In Malaysia, we only have a single distributor who sells Dr. Murad products and the price is sometimes are hiked up by USD10-USD15. I was so excited knowing that I can get Dr. Murads product as a discounted price.
I made my purchase on 2nd October and later was given a tracking number. The next day, my credit card company informed that Strawberrynet has charged my credit card (wow, that was fast!). However via their website my shipment was pending for confirmation. I waited and waited some more, and finally I called them up and spoke to Mr. Ben Lui on 5th October (yes, I phoned them ) only to find out they require my credit card number again, etc etc. I am surprised that they still require such information after my credit card company confirmed that they have charged my account.
I sent Mr. Ben Lui a copy of my bank transaction and then he said No problem, we will ship out your item by Monday October 8th.
Well well well.. today is October 8th and I receive another email from Ms. Kitty Wong asking the same thing Ben Lui asked me on October 5th which has been clarified.. and which Ben Lui has informed me that the item will be shipped on Monday. What is wrong with this company, why is everyone all over the place??!!
I am so annoyed right now words can describe, I just feel that I want to cancel my order because all of this is SO NOT WORTH THE USD10 that I saved. Plus I had to chase after my own shipment and payment. Wow!
I will keep you guys updated on the progress next, so far it has been almost 1 week and my product has not been shipped but my credit charge has been charged! Such a scam!!

Yesterday 8th Oct I emailed Ms. Kitty Wong my CVV number and my complete mailing address. Edit Tuesday 9th Oct : Today I receive an email from Ms. Fiona asking for my CVV number, again!
8 Oct 6.30pm - Ms. Kitty Wong emailed me again asking for my credit card details. I email her my credit card bill showing that her company has charged me. At this point I gave up and choose to CANCEL my order and asked her company to instruct her bank to remove the charges. Should I not hear from her in 1-2 days, I will file a fraud report against Strawberrynet.com
DO NOT BUY FROM STRAWBERRYNET.COM!
