Buying from this shop seems to be a 'hit or miss'.

I ordered a few items from a pretty well laid out site. It was not difficult to place an order and the confirmation email arrived quickly. The promise of free delivery and that I would have my items within 14 days was a great incentive for doing a bit of Christmas shopping.
My Items were shipped on 27th November and as two separate parcels.
The first parcel arrived after a lengthy period. I thought to myself that as it was the festive season I couldn't complain too much. However the £17 I had to pay to get my parcel from the post office was a bit of a shock. It wasn't so much the customs charge - the website does mention this might be required. It was the £9 delivery charge! So hardly free......

Its now January - and I am still waiting for the second parcel to arrive. After several emails to the seller I am no further forward and am beginning to think I might have to chalk this up as an expensive mistake. Even if it does eventually turn up - how much extra will I have to pay to finally get it!
To top it off the seller now fills my inbox with a whole load of spam....
Would recommend staying away. The service might be good for some - but who knows if you will be that lucky!
