I ordered $200 AU of Estee Lauder skin care as my current batch was running out. Have compared the genuine products with the Strawberry Net ones, and I'm afraid to say I've been duped. While whoever has manufactured this have recreated the consistency of the Perfectly Clean cleanser absolutely, there is no mistaking the difference in the smell of the product and feel of my skin after using. The SN cleanser smells strongly of soap, and leaves my skin feeling stripped. The Future Perfect Normal/Combination moisturiser also smells different to the genuine product, and on application absorbs and spreads like a cheaper, almost Sorbelene-like moisturiser.
SN was recommended to me by friends who assured me it was genuine and honestly, when I saw the packaging I thought it was too. When comparing side by side there are some minor differences in font sizes and, and font choice in areas on the packaging, but nothing that could not be explained away by attributing it to different manufacturing plants in different countries etc. If this had been real I would have been a customer for life - I was thrilled when I saved around $100 on my Cleanser, Toner, Moisturiser, and Advanced Night Repair collective purchase.
Unfortunately it's not real, and I am on a budget, so can't go out and replace immediately with genuine Estee Lauder product, but please, don't buy from this company, or at least certainly don't do a bulk purchase like I did until you have tried it once and are satisfied with your initial purchase.
