I will never shop here again.
Guerlain Divinora eyeliner. the price was excellent and the delivery was very swift (4 days to New Zealand).
However when I opened the securely packaged item (so far so good), the product looked very dodgy and cheap.
To be more specific, the Logo at the front just said " EYELINER" in a Arial font, with a slightly smudged GUERLAIN written in italics. Sure enough, when I looked up Guerlain stockists for same product, the design was totally different.
Even the picture in SBnet was different to this cheap looking bottle of black gunk that I got. When I emailed SBnet, they told me to send a photo of the product, so I did.
They replied me saying some companies make small changes to the product to better suit the market, however the formulation is still the same. Being the gulliable person that I am, I used the product only to find that it was running horribly when applying, and smudged when applied. the brush was too thick and uneven. Some people who have never used the same product before may not recognise the difference, just think Guerlain is a bad brand, and probably swear never to buy the companys makeup ever again.
I assure you, I have used Guerlain makeup before, and it's fantastic. Nothing like this cheap imitation bottle that I received.
