I placed an order on Friday May 8th, the item showed instock and that it would process with in 72 hours. I checked the status on Monday an all it showed was the order itself. I emailed customer support and 5 hours later got the following response:

Your order is currently being processed. The tracking number for your shipment will be available as soon as your order has been shipped. Thank you for your patience.

I wanted the status, I realize that a tracking number results from shipping so this was NOT an answer...so I called, I was told that orders were delayed and my order would process Wednesday the 13th. On Wednesday there was no status. I called again, after 16 minutes on hold, I was told that my order SHOULD process in the next 7 to 10 days and ship 7 to 10 days later. The projected delivery date was the 22nd. I canceled the order and requested an email confirmation. 4 hours later I called again, requested and got my cancelletion confirmation.
