Service is okay. Their warranty is weak. I used to keep an extra toner on hand, but I received a bad one from SW, and since I didn't find out for 40 days, and their warranty is only 30 days, there was nothing I could do through them.

I've shopped at Super Warehouse a few times now and each time has been easy and the products have come on time. I had to call one time because my internet service was down and I needed the toner. I called at first reference the toner since it was not in stock. I was told an estimated in stock date by a very nice young lady. I went back and ordered after that date and the service, plus price was excellent.

I ordered three toner cartridges. One was shipped and recieved after about three days, I'm still waiting for the rest. Its been about 2 weeks now.

After I placed the order and received a confirmation number, I received a telephone call asking me which web site I used to order the Epson 3200 scanner and was told that despite its stated availablity, the scanner was in fact not available and that theonly scanner that Super Warehouse had was one that was much more expensive and that I did not want. I therefore cancelled the order, which had, in effect, been cancelled by the person who called me. I won't use Super Warehouse again because they advertised a product as being available and in stock when, in fact, it was not.

They listed the case that I wanted in stock, so I placed my order for it. I waited two days & received an E-mail from them saying it was not in stock and would I like a different case? They didn't tell me if the "other" case was in stock OR how much the other case was going to be. When I question them about the other case, they told me it was in stock AND it would be more money. It felt like the typical bait & switch routine. They did cancel the order when I said I wasn't interested in the other case.

Other than being unable to tell me when my order would arrive, and the amount of time it took to receive it (ordered on the 15th, received on the 30th) I am happy to order from them as they are the only place I can find to order the product I need at a good price.

Shipping costs seemed excessive ( $10 ) for a pacage weighing no more than a pound. US mail priority would have been $3.85.
