Customer service at first said I needed to get replacement band at retailer where I purchased computer. Retailer said they didn't order "parts>" Another call to Cus. Services led to web site. First and second attempts to rder failed because of (1) web site down and (2) refusal to accept pay-pal. Third call to Cus. got advice on how to best use web site. This time it worked. Previously i was able to order directly through phone call to Customer Service.

not sure i would have an alternative. fed ex sharge of 7$ was unreasnoable for such a long delayed delivery. Tracking infomation was not available as promised. It seems there are a few bugs to work out. Tom

Vendor informed me that watch was on backorder. Then was prompt in informing me that it had shipped. I got watch earlier than expected and that was a pleasant surprise.

Suunto Corp needs a better web site for its list of dealers. The list of retailers carrying the G6 was inaccurate and out of date. I prefer to shop at brick and mortar stores for these purchases not online.

Speed of order very fast. Tracking info went perfect via e-mail. A manufacturer defect was handled by manager after fighting for a while for something that should have been a "no-brainer". Other than that, overall experience was not too bad.   Read full review...

Does not honor "Lowest Price Guarantee." Would not match much better price at REI for Suunto Vector ($143.93 vs. $199). I was going to order several items, including some that REI did not stock. Suunto Watches appeared to have all the items I wanted.   Read full review...
