I'm very pleased with swim outlet EXCEPT for their shipping method. Compared to other orders I place online, their shipping charge is excessive and it has taken at least 1 1/2 weeks to receive my order everytime I've ordered. At times I can track my order part of the way (until it reaches the USPS mail stream) but once I was unable to track it at all. With today's shipping options there is NO REASON for such a small lightweight package to take so long to get here and to cost so much to ship. I can ship a package by USPS priority mail for less than $5.99 and get it across country in 3 days. I will order again from them because at the moment it is my best option inspite of their shipping, but if another option arises (and I'm always on the look out) I will order elsewhere.

I have purchased several swim suits from this company and have always been very satisfied. However I have found lately that they are almost always "out of stock" on the particular suit that I want to order.

I got my items on time but trying to track the package was nearly impossible. UPS didn't post where the package was until a few days later. It was confusing and annoying. Also, the suit I purchased ran small, but not just small, REALLY small! I had to return it and was disappointed that the suit I was really looking forward to wearing would not be wearable after all. The swim shirt I purchased fit perfectly and I will be using it. I did really like the selection at swim outlet. Alot of brands are available, but maybe a greater range of sizes could be as well?

I purchased 2 swim shirt in size x-large. These shirts were so same that my sister-in-law and my very small daughter could not get into them. they could not have been any where near size x-large. They were more like x-small. NOW I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING TO SEND THEM BACK.
