TERRIBLE! I ordered a metal floral mirror from them. Somehow I received a Swivel It tv stand (basically a rectangle of wood with a swivel on the bottom) with no receipt, packaing slip, or label of any sort. I called them the next business day and explained the situation and they said they'd send a return shipping label in 7-10 business days and that after I returned it, they'd send me the correct item. 1.5 weeks later, still no label. So I email customer service, explain the situation, and ask for an estimated arrival time for my label. I get a one sentence, all caps, response of, "WAIT FOR 10 BUISNESS DAYS." I finish waiting for the 10 business days, then I respond that the label is still not here. This time the response is, "IT WAS MAILED ON <DATE>" Yeah, that date was well over 10 business days ago. I reply that I still don't have it and get a response of, "WILL SHIP ANOTHER." Great. Two more weeks - no label. I call them and get a rather rude guy who implies that if my mail isn't getting to me that isn't my problem. I tried to explain that obviously the Swivel It got there, so the problem isn't on my end, but he just said he's send another and to wait 10 days. I asked about getting them to just send the correct item in the mean time, and he informs me that the item I originally ordered is now sold out!!! I informed him that if the label was not at my house within exactly 10 business days that I would not pay my VISA bill, keep the Swivel It (not that I have a TV small enough to use the stupid thing on...), and report him to the BBB. He said, "Ok." Awesome... Now we're up to 3 "shipped" labels that I haven't received. I tell my Mum (who ordered the mirror for me as a gift) and she calls them. She gets a very nice lady who swears she'll personally send one out. 10 business days later, still no label. That makes 4. We're now in the process of disputing the claim with the credit card company (since this dispute took nearly 2 months the bill had already gone through) and are no longer getting responses to emails.
No matter how good the price, DO NOT order from here. If you happen to get the right item the first time you might be fine, but if ANYTHING is wrong, you're done for. We looked into Taylor Gifts and they've got several complaints against them with the BBB and are under investigation. No wonder...
