Products ordered were never in stock --were supposedly discontinued. No e-mail or other type of contact was conducted to alert me to the matter.

communication stinks! There is no follow up e-mail advising when item ships. Can I not get anyone on the phone in customer service but the number is not toll free and I am left on hold FOREVER! I will never shop here again that you can be sure of and I guess I will have to contest the charge on my credit card as I have not received my merchandise and can not find out where it is.

The item that said in stock was not in stock at Taylor Gifts. They let me think I was getting the product for a week, until I read bad reviews, and decided to call them....which was VERY difficult. The phone number is a toll call, and some of the lines disconnect you even before you get to talk to anyone. I after I finally got to talk to someone, I was told that my order was cancelled, because the item was discontinued...But I never received an e-mail to tell me so.....and then to top it off, my credit card had a temporary authorization from Taylor Gifts, for the item that was cancelled. I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN......

Worst on-line shopping ever. Item came 3 weeks after placing order - very late. Then, it was missing parts. They promised to send me a return card so I could send the item back. Followed-up 7 times with them and didn't sent it. Put item on AMEX   Read full review...
