This may be a case of 100% shopper error, but I had searched online for the Red Exerciser DX - and the Taylor Gifts Catalog came up, but the item I received was the Red Exerciser XL - the basic model, which I could have purchased locally and paid no shipping for. So it all seemed a bit misleading and disappointing, but again, it may have been my error in not doing better 'homework'.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

The shopping experience itself was fine. However, one of the products doesn't seem to be doing an effective job, if any at all. I bought the car fan because I wanted my backseat passengers to have effective cool-down, since air conditioning doesn't reach the back very well. After a week of having the car fan in place, the fan has activated, but doesn't seem to cool the back area in any noticeable way.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

I was shipped one item that was similar to but not the exact item I ordered. Customer Service (by Paul) was Excellent- fast, responsive & professional. They are sending out an immediate replacement and are not requiring me to return the item shipped in error. I will highly recommend them and will shop here again.
