E-mail confirmations didn't say what was shipped or what was back-ordered. Quality was like what I paid for it, cheap. I got a post card saying 'there was further delay, did I want to cancel or continue to wait,' but didn't say what the item was. I had ordered several items over two different orders or so.

I haven't completed my dealings with Taylor Gifts as yet. My husband is still trying to figure out if he can handle the use of the "visor". The "glow remote covers" really don't help at all. And the "Listen UP" won't stay in my husband's ear. It would be a great item if it had several sizes of covering for the earpiece. The drawer dividers and 7 day pill tray were geat.

I received an email confirmation for 4 and immediately sent them an email telling them again to change it to 2. They never responded and sent me 4 of them. AFTER i had ordered my items i was asked if i wanted a free $10 coupon for future orders which i checked yes. it was only then that i noticed i was going to be charged $10 a month for shopping there. i cancelled my order immediately. i feel tayloe would serve themselves better by getting away from the $10 coupon offer, it somehow seems unethical to me.

I wish I'd read the reviews here before doing business with this company. They have the rudest, most obnoxious customer service people imaginable. I had a problem logging on to their site and requested assistance. 2 weeks and numerous emails later I'd reached my limit. They kept asking me for my address and I kept asking them which one? Email? Billing? Delivery? What? No answer after requesting clarification several times. But I did get many insults.
I will NEVER DO BUSINESS with this company again and hope no one else does. All things being equal, and there are many companies online selling the same things as they have for the same or lower prices, their customer service department has put such a bad taste in my mouth I am hoping others will avoid having to go through what I, and apparently others, have gone through. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE! They ain't worth it! |

I received 2 packages (they were obviously the same) so I refused one. I was supposed to receive magazine holders, but instead I received storage boxes. The veggie chopper (I ordered 2) did not work. I put in half of an onion and the chopper broke. I sent an email regarding the return of the package requesting that I not have to pay shipping for the receipt and return of the wrong item. The email back to me stated that I should open the package and tell the contents and I wrote back saying that I already explained the contents and that it was not what I ordered and she wrote back & told me not to get smart with her .. she's just doing her job. I wrote back and said I wasn't getting smart .. it was just obvious that she was NOT doing her job or she would have comprehended my message before sending a ridiculous response.

I recently started a commercial cleaning company and I needed a reliable, not to expensive back pack vac. I looked for the Shark backpack vac everywhere because I know Shark products are always resonably priced and is of good quality. Taylor Gifts was the only company that had it in stock and ready for immediate shipment. I found the vacuum somewhere else for a few bucks($5)cheaper, but it was going to take 10 weeks before I received it. Taylor Gifts was the best place for me to purchase the product because of my immediate need.
