Essentially, all the markets online compete so much, some are selling for less than manufacturer's wholesale price and these kinds of businesses will hassle you to buy more than what you want just to even meet their minimal profit margin. I'm pleased to say TechToysForLess is absolutely not that way. It took me a month and a half to decide to buy my Pentax A30. Where to buy was another undertaking. I'm please to say these guys' customer service was always great. I've spoken to at least 2 different people there, and each with consistently good service and attitude, no sales pushing or harassment, no hanging up on you. (Yes, I have spoken to other online companies, and if you're not buying, you're getting hung up on.) Even if TechToysForLess did not have the lowest price on the web (and they did) I would happily pay for this kind of customer service. I received my goods as promised in 2-3 days (Pentax A30 w/ 2GB pkg), in great condition. I was missing the LCD protector in the package and called them promptly, and a replacement is already on its way. I thank them for being so positive and patient. Most of the stuff I already knew about my camera, but they unhurriedly entertained and respected me as their client.
