Excellent Service.. I had purchased the sunglasses for my nephew who was being deployed to Iraq in on Saturday.. I placed the order on Thursday and overnight UPS delivery... glasses arrived the next day Friday, a day before he left for Iraq.

I received excellent phone service and the order was delivered quickly; however, they were not the sun glasses I thought they were...my fault not Technical-Gear. I didn't have time to go through the process of returning them before I left the country and just got back today. I'm hoping to get this done before the the return time is up!!

I'm really gratisfied with your service because this was the only place that I could find what I was looking for at a more than reasonable price. However, the only problem that I experienced was that the website was kind of hard to use and just hard to find stuff because of the way that it is arranged and colors. I also found it kind of messy, but besides that you guys provide a great service and that's what matters most.

These were a gift for my grandson, and shopping was very easy. I had contacted Oakley Customer Service last fall and felt very confident about doing business with them. I read how Technical-Gear touts the availability of items with the rare exception of a few. I only ordered one thing and it turns out to be the rare exception that is on backorder. Otherwise the experience was the same as any other online shopping that i had done.

Complete selection of the products I was looking for, easy to find on the site. Registration and purchase were straight forward. Web site said the product was in stock, but it wasn't. I was informed via email that delivery would be delayed 3-4 weeks, and the product arrived in a about two weeks.

After having filled out my order info, I decided to review Tech-Gear's policy statement. Unfortunately, I lost most of my order info when I tried to send the order, requiring me to retype much of the info. I contacted the webmaster who responded to my query, but I doubt the problem was fixed. Other than this minor glitch, the order proceeded smoothly, and I am very pleased with the high-quality sunglasses.

My purchase was very easy and convenient. The delivery was fast (actually a day previous to the USPS tracking). I got a great deal on a pair of sunglasses that I was having a hard time finding. Technical-Gear Sunglasses had the pair of Oakley Minutes that I was searching for. I had no luck anywhere else finding this style of Oakley Minutes.

One of the best internet shopping experiences. I am a repeat customer. Goods were shipped fast and packaged securely. Once, when I got a defective item, they replaced it without questions, and promptly refunded me for the item replaced. One last outstanding feature: extremely low shipping cost. Many fine firms appear to pile on the shipping and handling charges--not Technical-Gear. Do Wrap is another in the low-cost category.

I wear military issue (regular) glasses that have a frame width of 5 7/8" at the widest point. The fitover glasses has a tendency to slip forward even when the earpiece is directly over the glasses. The only solution I have found is to tape the fitovers to the glasses (which then must be untaped afterwards). Don't know what the solution is....otherwise, it is an excellent product!

i thought it was really helpful having a chart that shows how much light the lense allows in. i wanted a lense that block out as much light as possible and i was able to get what i wanted which was really nice.
