I have shopped with Terrys Village several times and thought it was time to write a review. I always love their catalogs in the mail, they have an array of items that are very 'cute' and unique - things you don't normally see in the store.

One thing I have noticed about this store is that they seem to have MANY more items on-line rather than in the catalogs they send. The catalogs they send are normally seasonal (aka, summer items in summer) but if you visit the website they have items for ALL seasons.

The website seperates items into categories or 'themes'.. aka Frogs & Turtles, Americana, etc... so it is easy to find the items you are looking for. They also have a wonderful search tool that works GREAT (unlike other websites I've been to) if looking for certain animals/items.

I have only had one problem but it was resolved very fast: I ordered several items, one was a cute bear cookie jar. All other items were fine but the cookie jar had some of the paint chipped off. I called the Customer Service number on the invoice... they sent me a new cookie jar without question and did not require me to send the defective one back.... I received the new item within a few days of my call.. SUPER fast :) I didn't think it would arrive in time for my Mothers birthday but it did!

Each item you purchase comes boxed individually (and are shipped in a larger box) which is wonderful if you need to wrap them as gifts.

Items are all priced nice for the quality you get. I rarely spend more than $30-$60 on my orders and I purchase for the holidays so buy many things.

Shipping for this merchant starts at 5.95 for up to $25.00 which is very reasonable for the items they sell (many are large and/or heavy). They accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover over the website.

When you order they send you a confirmation email superfast and also let you know when it was shipped and how many boxes to expect from them.

I have YET to wait more than 1 week for my items to arrive - I love using this merchant for gifts!!

All in all I have had wonderful experiences with Terrys Village, their items are of great quality, they arrive fast and the customer service is excellent!
