There's not much to say. This merchant had the best price--even though I had access to a gift card for another that would have saved me $10--so I placed the order and, as the tracking and pre-purchase information had indicated, received the book within one week. The book, incidentally, was new.

The only issue was shipping - UPS required a signature for delivery and no one was home. This was not noted in the order process. IF it had been noted, I could have used a business address and received the package earlier. Please add this caviat to your ordering process so that customers can choose the best possible shipping address.

This site was wonderful. I purchased the same book at amazon for 2 day shipping and the second week I got an email stating that the shipping was extended for another two weeks, it was terrible. I canceled my purchase because I needed the book for a class and was having a test the following week. I found textbooks.com ordered the book and it was here before I had my test. I recommend this site to anyone that needs a book fast and on time, this site is excellent.

Wrong book received. Called and they said correct book was in stock and will be sent to me. Received email that correct book was on the way. Then, next day received call that correct book was not in stock. Only offered a 10% credit for wrong book sent and would not honor my request for price match to another online bookstore for price that I could have gotten for the correct book (with correct ISBN).
