Web site navigation could use better options to narrow searches. I liked the system on backcountry.com where I could narrow my search to sale items and list them in different orders such as price from low to high.

We ordered 6 shirts. One of the shirts was not in a cellophane package like the others and had an ink stain on it. I was able to bleach the stain, but it did seem odd that it was packed by someone who had to have noticed the stain.

A mistake was made on my order. Wrong size was shipped for one of the helmets! Too many online discount shopping options. You only get one chance, The-House blew theirs! Also, online order tracking was incorrect. Online order gave Fed-ex tracking #. The order arrived on-time but via USPS. I purchased just enough stuff to qualify for the free gift, $400 to be exact. After reading the infamous "fine print" discovered that my free gift would be replaced by cheap sunglasses because my order was not being shipped via USPS ground. Then, to top it all off, my cheap sunglasses were not even shipped!

Everything was great. One small complaint. They sent me a free snowboarding DVD. Well I bought 2 pairs of shoes and they sent me 2 DVDs. The DVDs were the same thing. Two DVDs of the same thing...would have been cooler if they sent two different videos.

I ordered it at about 4 am on Sunday, got it at 11 am on Tuesday, already have purchased $281 from this site again tonight and received an additional 10% off to make it $253, which is always nice to receive extra money off products that are already discounted items.
