shopping was great but i had the wrong tracking number or something because every time i went to track my order fedex said not found. I still received my order on time so no problem there just couldn't track it.

I am very happy with my purchase. The only problem I encountered was zooming in on the picture on the snowboard before buying it. It was not clear and detailed. I had to wait until the board arrived to see the complete detail of the picture.

What they had was too expensive and they hardly ever have things in a variety of sizes. I was not very impressed at all with the quantity or variety of what they had to offer. They had outdated merchandise that was as expensive and new styles. Its more like a rip off than a good deal. Also it was suposed to take 3 days shipping which is what I paid for but it took almost 2 weeks! I think its crap that I had to pay for shipping if they didn't follow threw on their end.

They sent me the wrong size flip flop which I needed by a particular deadline. I have since emailed customer service 24 hours ago and I have heard nothing back yet. But I need my merchandise by a specific date, so I will expect them to reship to me at their own expense and refund to me the cost of my having to ship back to them. Don?t know if I will get my merchandise on time yet. They also sent me a lot of marketing junk in their package that I do not want. Annoying.

There was a problem with the billing address which was handled by a phone call. I was told during the phone call the product would be shipped that day still. When I looked at the tracking on line the next morning it still had not been shipped. This was a problem because I had paid the extra money to have it here by week end due to a planed ski trip. But when i called that next morning i spoke with a woman that was helpfull and pulled my order and had my shipment upgraded so that it arrived on time. When i did get my order the bindings were the wrong size. I compared to the invoice that was sent and they were shipped wrong. So the next morning i called and was informed that they were shipped because the size i ordered was now out of stock.

I did not receive this merchandise when they said they delivered it but it was not your fault - it was Fed Ex - I think they delivered it to the wrong house and then the people brought it up a day and a half later...other than that this merchant was great.
