RUDE and NOT TRUTHFUL. I went to TIGERGPS to order a Garmin C340 as they said they would match any price on the Net. I emailed them with a compairable price of $469.00. I recvd an email back that they would match that amount. So I ordered. The very next day after the order they sent an email they could not match as the offer was old. I called and spoke to a customer service person who said the email was old. I told them they emailed me the same day I ordered with the price...2 days later they said they would honer their offer but now the Gps was on back order. I said they told me it was in stock. They said sorry but it will be in and shipped by the end of the week. well, 2day I was told it may not be in until the end of next week and then shipped. 3 weeks and they already charged my account the full amount, not the quoted amount. When I brought this up to the customer service person, she said, "fine, we will cancel your order and give you your $ back" then she hung up on me!!! I have never purchased anything on line and this company makes me very hesitant to purchase from another site. but, on the other hand I found another place, Buydig.com who charged $3.00 more but did not charge tax or shipping so I saved $48.00 with another site!!!
