Was glad to find the product I needed at a good price. Was disappointed that no email was sent out to let me know my order would be backordered. I had emailed also with no response back. When I called to ask why, the CS person was pleasant but didn't know why I hadn't been contacted. So could have better communication.

I ordered the product, they emailed me a receipt and charged my credit card, and only then did they discover that the product had been discontinued. They sent me an email to tell me to find something else on the website. I told them to credit my card, which they did promptly. They obviously do not have good inventory tracking.

My order was processed immediately and shipped with in 24 hours. However, Fedex took three days longer than promised to deliver. I was told repeatedly that the package would be delivered today...it was not. Consider UPS

Purchasing through this company was easy and shipment was delivered on time. The product was received with some damage. The service was fine, but the interaction with the customer service manager was very poor. My experience with this agent has left me not wanting to purchase from companies that I am not familiar with on line. I felt I should have bought the product in the store instead of having to deal with customer service on line.

TodaysConcepts.com was great. I placed the order on a Sunday, had it shipped cheapest way possible and it arrived on Tuesday. I was amazed. I could track it too. Very good service. Love the rice cooker. Good experience all around.

Ordered product on 11/17/04 @ noon.They e-mail me to confirm the order and shipping.I shipped it 2nd day air,it was $14.95. Called on 11/22/04 @ 11:15am to find the statues on my order.He told me that they do not have the product and that the truck will not show up till 3pm.I told him I was not going to pay for a service I have not receive.His response was " Well I don't know about that."
I told him I want to speak to his boss. He said " Do you want to cancel your order? I said YES. I will never deal with this unorganized company again! |
