Extremely Poor Communication

Pros: I found the product I was looking for easily and Totalvac had the best price when shipping charges were included.
Cons: I received an automated email with a copy of my online order. Their website has an "order status" link where I started checking after 3 days. It always said the order had not shipped and I should check their back ordered list. My item was not on it. I sent an email inquiry and never got a response. I called and the only option available was to leave a message and have someone call me back...I did and they never called back. I called again and got a clerk in the warehouse who said my item was not in stock and had to be ordered but it was not considered a "back order" and would not be in for another week (making it at least 2 weeks before they would even ship the item). After a lenghthy discussion I was given the name of their president and his email but no phone number. I emailed him but it bounced with a return message that said "service not available". I re-sent the email with a copy to the various email addresses that I found on their website asking that someone pass the message to the president. I received no response. Out of frustration I ordered the item from another online store and sent an email to Totalvac to cancel the order. This time I got an email confirmation the very next day with an offer of a 10% discount. There was no mention of the problems I experienced. I will NOT shop here again and suggest that until they get this issue resolved IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE...BUY SOME PLACE ELSE.
