I ordered 4 items for my old Electrolux 1205 vacuum. I got an initial email acknowledgement with my order number, but I had to keep checking the website to see if it was sent.
A package arrived in less than a week - but with only 2 items, yet the packing slip indicated 4 items. When I called them, they said the other two items would be shipped within a week.
The following week, I received another package with the third item - a pair of wheels that didn't fit my vacuum. They credited me and didn't want them back (only worth $5).
Six weeks and several calls later, I still had no ETA on the 4th item (a replacement cord). I cancelled it and finally brought my vacuum to a local repair shop. Totalvac credited me for the charge.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
The people were nice to me and immediately returned my money when I asked.
THEIR ORDERING SYSTEM HAS SOME FLAWS:
1. It does not indicate whether items are in stock, either on the website or in the email that confirms the order.
2. The packing slip lists all items on the order, even if they weren't shipped, so it looks like you're missing some.
3. The web page is accessed by order number and only provides your tracking # and ship date. There is no way to access your account history.
