TotalVac.com

I've been using internet shops since 1990. The TotalVac shop site is excellent....easy to access and very easy to perform a product search. I found the two belts that I needed and was in/out of the website within 8 mins. There are several websites that I would describe as user friendly...including amazon.com, PBS, eBay etc... TotalVac is in that catagory. There are others that simply don't work or are difficult to execute and I avoid them. JJH West Chester, PA

I only ordered a carafe for my Krupps espresso machine. The prices at TotalVac seem reasonable, I broused their sight to see what else they offered. I received my glass carafe unbroken and in a timely manner. I am pleased and would definitely order from them again.

TotalVac has the best website for finding Hoover accessories. The other sites that I visited didn't have both of the products that I wanted to purchase. The next time that I need a Hoover product, I'll order from TotalVac.

Our facility was spending end-of-year funds and needed a coffeepot. Prior experience with this merchant had already been done and we were very pleased with their service and product, so we used them again.

Delivery a bit slower than I expected. I ordered some other parts for another device at exactly the same time as I placed the order with TotalVac. Their parts arrived about 5 days sooner, although the method of shipping was advertised t be the same. Routing from different areas wouldn't accomodate that much difference. Also, I would have liked some directions as to install, rather than just bag in box. I muddled through, but help would have been nice.

Initially I ordered a 42" extension lambs wool duster. I was sent a 33" one. I emailed the company to ask them to simply remove the $3.00 difference from my credit card. Instead they sent me a 42" duster and didn't charge me at all for that second one. So, I would say their Custmer Service Dept has exceeded itself. I will continue to buy my vacuum filters from them about every six months.

I would only purchase from this vendor if I couldn't find what I needed elsewhere. Since I shop frequently through the Internet I am used to speedier shipping and expect it. It took two weeks to get my order.

Purchasing these items on-line, they were not on back order and were in stock; according to their site. I received an order # but after a few days (ordering by priority mail) I had to 'e' them. They responded that the wheels weren't in stock and that they were on order and would be in by 10/3. Here it is 10/8 and no word from them.

I was very happy with the discount pricing. I am not pleased about the lack of an 800 telephone # to facilitate questions or discuss parts needed. The three stage filters were great but the mounting rings needed to mount them on my older vacuums were neither mentioned in the webpage information nor supplied with them. I ended up purchasing them from another dealer due to your lack of an 800 #.

Prices were good, and customer service responded to my email within two days. However it took a week for them to process my order and another week for it to arrive once it was sent. I still don't know why it took so long to get my order out the door. But all were in good shape on arrival so I would use them again. Luckily, I didn't need the items very quickly or I would have been more annoyed.

Needed a replacement foot pedal (release) for an upright vacuum, that was not available locally. Found the part quickly on the TotalVac.com site. Ordering was easy and the part arrived at my house more quickly than I could have ordered it locally. Fit perfectly. I will order again if I need a part they carry.

Very bad service. I not only did not receive the product, I was not given enough time to buy it elsewhere before my vacation. When they did respond to my e-mail about the product, they did not in any way try to remedy the problem. I would definitely not recommend this company and would never TRY to do business with them again!
