They were excellent to deal with. The item I originally ordered was unavailable causing a short delay but TC gave me a really good deal on a comparable boot, actually an upgrade at the same price. Also, excellent in their responses, as it was the weekend, and really fast shipping, received item in two days with no charge for postage. Will definitely shop with them again.

The shorts I purchased were sold to me as khaki and appeared khaki online, while the short I received were green. Travelcountry refused to refund me for the shipment costs. There was no disclaimers on the website. Beware the colors things appear online may not be their true color.

The ONLY issue there was: one particular item was out of stock, but my order made went through, then maybe 2 days later i was notified via e-mail. By that time, even if an item was sent out to me, it would have been too late. I had requested 3day shipping. I had them take that item off my bill. Through e-mail, there responses were very helpful and timely. Through phone calls I made to them, there was never any wait time, and they were also very friendly. I will defenitly continue to shop at this website.

I registered with you and ordered the jacket, which took some time. After I completed and submitted the order, I later on got an email saying the item was out of stock and my order was canceled. It was a nusiance. Why couldn't you tell me at the time I placed the order?!?!?!? I find what happened an unacceptable annoyance.

Orig. UPS delivery address incomplete/incorrect, required trip to UPS Regional Distrib. Ctr. to claim item. Returned orig. selection (too small) and waited sveral weeks for credit to be issued. Eventually ordered something else as a replacement, which was delivered quite slowly, but was correct. Repeated calls/e-mails were required to set orig. order right, although credit eventually was issued to card. Not a great experience.

The whole experience was very efficient. I did not have any interaction with anyone verbally. I was sent an email with all my particular info with an invitation to email or phone if there were any questions. There weren't any. The item was in stock, the tracking number was good, I knew where it was. The price was great, the shipping was cheap...Hey!!

I made two purchases independently of each other, but only a few minutes apart. I had paid for two day air shipping on the first order, and wished to add the gloves in with the jacket. I made that request on my second order. Both items were shipped together so i got exactly what i had asked for, but it would have been nice to receive some communication to indicate whether or not my request was accommodated, because I received confirmation (which i understand may be automated) that did not reflect the change in shipping types of my second order. Overall, I was very satisfied and will reccomend and will purchase from again.

I found the prices to be the best. At my local store the Allure jacket was was $210, at the North Face website it was $250, and several other websites were selling it for the sale price of $175-$195. I was very happy to find it for $130 at Travel Country-and was impressed with the free shipping. I have recommended this site to several friends.

This merchant had the lowest cost for the item I wanted and the only one that charged a reasonable shipping charge, everyone else wanted at least 3 times the cost of the small item I was buying. It was also shipped and arrived more quickly than I thought it would be. Anything else I need to go shopping for I will always check TravelCountry.com first. After about 8 phone calls to travel country and the shoe manufacturer who sent me the wrong size, and two of the same shoe, not the other shoe I also ordered, I finally got a very helpful person at travel country, (Alex), who arranged for the correct shoes to be sent. They came very quickly. However one of the shoes has a flaw and now I am waiting to send them back and get another pair if they still have my size. No fault of travel country. It will probably be a month dealing with this before I finally get it all straightened out. Their prices were the best I found online so I might try them out again if they have the best price on something else.
