US - Mattress

Because mattresses at different retailers have different model names for the same product, it was necessary to find one I liked, then find the same model at US mattress. With help from a sales associate, this was accomplished, with significant savings. Delivery and setup were smooth. I am satisfied.

Ordered a complete (headboard/footboard) bed from these people online; it was advertised as a Floor Model so the price was good.  When I saw it was still listed as available next day, I called Customer Svc to make sure I'd actually GOTTEN it.  She assured me I had.  I waited, and waited.  No word on shipping.  So I called Cus. Svc. again and was told there was no such bed (only a headboard).  I asked why I hadn't been told that two weeks before, when they accepted my almost $1000 for the whole thing.  C.S. said they tried to call me but there was no msg ever on my phone or by email (obviously, or I would not have let them keep my $1000 for all that time).  And that bed is STILL listed on their website as available.  I will never attempt to buy from them again, and caution others.

Received the product in less than time than anticipated. Actually, the tracking on line ws the only thing that I was less than pleased with... Order was still coming up as "Processed but not shipped" when I received a phone call from a shipper attempting delivery. However, product was as advertised, well-packed,and I was pleased with entire process. Would order from this vendor again.

I have to be honest, it took almost two weeks to receive the item I purchased. When I contacted the company the first time the woman who responded was not very helpful and really could not provide any delivery info. The second time the man was very helpful and gave me very good info. Also the delivery man was very polite and brought the item in the home.

After researching at different websites, and tried them in the local and department stores, I finally made purchase from US-MATTRESS.COM. US-MATTRESS.COM has the best deal and good selections. My Simmons mattress costed less than half of those were discounted in the major stores. I considered the shipping is fast. It came to my house within 1.5 weeks. Their services are excellent and nothing to complain.

I can sum it as as neutral. My order was sent in two parts which was inexplicable to the delivery company. Called customer service and there system was down for three hours. Then they said the delivery company would call and make arrangements. Due to a typo on the address they had to call and get directions. My order was several days past the three week delivery estimate. I wonder how much longer I would have waited if I didn't track down my items.

Glitch on their part in ordering removal service. Glitch not communicated to removal service so problematic when mattress set was delivered. Delivery service not prepared to remove existing mattress. Tried to tell me I should have paid them directly. I told them US Mattress had charged my credit card and had to show them receipt. Mattress set arrived in a timely manner but there was no info on web site for tracking. All it said was order shipped.

They delivered the headboard only, though I ordered the complete bed. I called the customer service, asked to re-deliver the correct order, but have not received anything for one week.

We are very pleased with the product and price. There was a communication problem between US Mattress and the delivery company, since the latter had not been told to take away the old mattress and box spring as the seller assured. This required multiple follow-up calls and nearly three weeks with the old mattress and box spring crowding a spare room. Still, we are pleased with the overall transaction, and especially the price and quality of product received.

First of all they sent me the wrong pillow and I called customer service. A girl who answered told me I had ordered the contour pillow which upset me cause I didnt order that one but the comfort pillow. She checked finally and admitted it was their mistake. Ialso sent an e-mail and a man named Pete sent me an e-mail telling me he was sorry I was mislead which made me happy. I got the right pillow about a week later so I was happy. But I dont think I will order from you again. It wasnt worth the hassle but pete was a big help and he should be commended for his excellent attitude and helpfulness in helping me get the pillow I ordered.

A twin bed set was ordered on May 7, 2009. My credit card was immediately charged, even though I STILL do not have the bed set (May 28.) When I called the second time to discover where this set is, I was CHIDED for calling twice!!! I have no idea when my set will arrive and I would never have ordered if I knew how long it would be prior to delivery...IF it is ever delivered!! I do not know how good the quality of the bed set is. Huge disappointment.
