I was amazed by the price ($100 less than competitors) and the offer of free shipping so I ordered from them feeling great to get such an amazing deal. After I saw some of the negative reviews on this website about shipping taking forever and hidden fees I began to worry. The washer was advertised as having free shipping and guaranteed fast shipping in 1-2 days and delivery within 5-6 days. That sounded incredible to me considering it would be shipped from Michigan to California.
Well I'm pleased to say everything turned out great. I never had to pay any shipping fees or taxes. Only had two minor issues. First I never got an email about it shipping so I called their customer service. I got hung up on by some lady but the second time some guy was able to help me out and gave me the tracking info I needed. The washer had shipped out on time just two days after I had ordered. The second issue was the trucking company never showed up when they said they would so I called them and they said they weren't sure why it never got on the truck. They assured me it would be delivered that evening and sure enough they were right on time. I ended up having to help the guy unload it because his lift was broken but other than that I was very pleased with the whole experience. Total time from when I placed my order and received the washer was just 7 business days, Incredible!  With the money I saved and the $200 rebate I got from my local county utility company I feel I got the best deal of the century. A high efficiency front loader washer for less money than the cheapest top loader. Gotta love that. Thanks US Appliance!
