I ordered the Sony HDR-SR11 Handycam from US1Camera. Initially i was suspicious about the credibility of the store, since the store had mixed reviews. But most of the bad reviews were more than a year old and the newer ones were quite satisfactory. So i took the plunge and ordered the camera. The process was very easy and apart from a glitch in the credit card processing (which i must admit was my mistake) there were no problems in the whole transaction. The customer support executive called me instantly since the problem was with my credit card. She was very helpful, but when she went on vacation, the others were not ready to answer my questions, since she had earlier dealt with me. So I had to throw in some "Irate Customer Dialogues" and get the camera shipped. :) Turned out that by the time i got them to process the payment and ship the order, they had alreayd processed it and shipped it ! How good it would have been if they had looked into the case, the first time i called.

The camera arrived as promised in 7 - 9 business days. The packaging could have been better with some more protection on the sides. Overall the product is very good.

I would definitely buy again from US1Camera.
