I placed an order for a Canon 5D Mark II camera and a Canon 24-105mm lens on January 17, 2009.  Some representative from US1 Camera called me on January 18 asking me to buy a battery for the camera for $150.  I told the representative that I have no intention to buy anything else. The person then said the order can only be shipped in 6 to 12 weeks.  However, their web site said the camera and lens were in stock.  My credit card was charged right away.

I received a phone call from the store again today, February 10, 2009.  The guy said their supplier got broke and they could not deliver the camera and lens.  My order is canceled by them.  I checked their web site and found they are still taking on-line order. The camera and lens are still in stock as listed in their web site when I write this review.

Their tactic is to use a slightly lower price to lure people in and then try to sell some over priced accessories.  If you do not buy their accessories, they will then try to cancel your order by telling you the item is not in stock.  If you want to wait, they will tell you a few weeks later their supplier get broke.

My recommendation:  Stay away from US1 Camera.
