This has been by far the worst on-line ordering experience I had and it is still not over! I submitted the order more than two weeks ago and sent the necessary ID verification documents immediately. It took them three days to check my identification and to put the order to this so-called "warehouse processing & packing" stage. And it has been at this stage since then! All the ordered items were allegedly in-stock!
None of the three sales rep I had contact with reply my emails regarding the shipment date. But they charge you as soon as you submit the order. I regret so much falling for their low prices! I would have taken hundreds of pictures by now if I had ordered elsewhere. I hope they will at least send (if ever) the correct items. |

The merchant didn't send me what I ordered. I repeatedly contacted them and they still haven't given me the correct Sony part. Deceptive advertising in addition to delays in receiving the camera and memory. AND, I waited for more than 20 minutes each time I called them AND they NEVER responded to my email queries. Don't order from this merchant.

After a lot of searching, US1 was the best price. Was concerned based on customer reviews about the reported delays in shipping. Didn't need the camera right away so I gave US1 a try. Everything was great. Product shipped as promised and arrived before I expected it. Will purchase from them again and recommend them to others; except my competition ? let them pay more for their stuff!

I ordered my Canon Rebel XSi DSLR camera on a Friday, was sent an email the following Thursday saying it had shipped, and received the camera the next day. Overall, it was what online shopping should be - great price, free shipping that arrived on time and no hassles or unexpected events.

Purchased a camera body for a bday gift for my daughter and when it arrived, it came in a box that belonged to a kit which normally includes a lens. The box was squashed because the lens was removed and I cannot give as a gift in this condition. The camera body and all accessories were in perfect condition. I only wish that it was indicated to me that it would come this way. Customer service was extremely courtious and gave me the option to return for a full refund, which I am currently considering.

the most parts in the "special" package where just garbage and the phone call from one of your agents was a total cheating. He offered a extra battery and told me that my old ones (from an EOS 300d) isn't working in the new one. I got cheated again and furthermore this battery is just a cheap copy, instead of an original CANON product. I never got cheated that much and will not buy again here.

They were ok, but the sales person lied to me and tried to make me buy additional items that were not required. He said that the battery would only last 30 minutes (funny it is a camera so is usually measured in pictures). I asked for the model of the battery and it is the same one that comes with the camera so I didn't buy it. He also offered a universal charger as the one that came with the camera was not universal, again this is not true, the charger is indeed universal (100-240 volt) just with a US only plug. I didn't get either of these items. He also had the extended warranty option and said that the camera had to be professional cleaned every year which is not mentioned anywhere in the manual so...
I would probably shop there again as they didn't take anything out of the box and it arrived in good time once it shipped (rang them to find out what was happening and Customer service was good), but just watch the sales rep it seems like they either lie or don't know anything then hang up on you in short order.

My order was placed on hold for payment verification which was not a problem, but then it was placed on hold again due to the item not being in stock. It was not posted that the item was backlogged nor was I informed that my order was placed on hold until I called and inquired why it had not been shipped. When I called I got everything taken care of but the phone system and customer service system could use a much needed upgrade. .

There was no explanation of shipping cost $2.9 on my bill as it was indicated free shipping when I ordered my len. I think there is room in improving the speed to expedite order. I ordered my len on Thursday but the actual shippment was done on the following Monday! Overall, I think US1 service is good that was why I have done the second purchase from it.
