I ordered a Canon XSi DSLR kit. Price was great and immediately after posting the order I was asked to call to verify it. No pressure to buy anything. Just verified it and asked if I want anything else. I said I don't need anything, and it was shipped the next day. I recieved it with a 2nd day FedEx as expected.

First off, the day I ordered the camera, I received the standard phone call from a sales person trying to push accessories on me, most notably a battery. He did not even ask how I plan to use the item, nor did he inquire as to what accessories I may already possess ( I already own a DSLR). I made the mistake of opting for free shipping, so my order sat in a "ready to be shipped" condition for 5 business days! On my first call to the sales rep to upgrade the shipping I was told this would only delay the order further. Two days later I called customer service, and he assured me the item would ship on Tuesday (it did not) On Wednesday, I talked to Donna in customer service; she was very pleasant to deal with. She checked as to why there was a delay, followed up with me, and got the item shipped that Wednesday. The item arrived in excellent condition, as described, and fully functional. I seriously doubt I would go through that aggrivation again though!

Although the price was the best and the product Nikon USA warranted, the customer service was not the greatest. Order was placed on Monday via the web. Tuesday my Amex was charged. Wednesday, I get a call verifying that I placed the order and that it would ship Thursday. Friday, I had to call in to find out why it was not shipped. Monday, I had to call in again to find out why it was not shipped. Finally at 5:00pm on Monday (one week later) the $3,000 purchase was shipped, but with the wrong shipping service. Due to my troubles they agreed to express the items at no charge - Due to messed up processes, they sent the items ground, which took another week to arrive.

I purchased the canon Rebel Xsi on a Wednesday at the best price I could find online ($699) and it arrived on Monday. Granted, I am in CT and the store is in NJ, but it was fast considering I chose FREE 7-9 day shipping. Very pleased

Due to high value purchase they called to verify both shipping address and CC info. They had the best price going on the HV30 hi-def miniDV camcorder with no s&h. Even tossed a microfiber lens cloth in the package! Easy to deal with and never tried to tack on any "extras" to the sale. I'll shop here again!

I am somewhat of a disappointed consumer. I ordered this camera and paid $909.99. Within a half a day price was lowered by $20-$30 dollars. I never had an experience like this with any on lin merchant I have dealt with in the past.The price seems to flutuate too quickly. I feel You give me some kind of adjustment or credit toward my next purchase . I would li do business with you again.But I would like to trust your pricing policies.

The order was received on time. The product was as expected, except it did not come in an original Canon lens box. It came in a white unmarked box. Tracking number was for the wrong courier.

Online status had 'ready for shipping' for 4 days. I called and it seems this status is really quite vague. However, within a couple of hours of my call, presto, the status became 'shipped'. Suggest online status be more definitive. Subsequent email notification indicated the package was coming from both UPS (1Z4927WF0340743953) and USPS (9101805213907516825483). UPS has no record of that number; the package was delivered by USPS. Package arrived in good order, but was missing an item. A call to customer service and this was resolved and a replacement is on the way. So, all-in-all, I'd give US1Photo a 'good'.

The first shipment was poorly boxed through UPS, which ended up all tore up when delivered. The 2nd shipment took a little longer to process, but that was fine once it was shipped I got it right away. The only complaint I have is when I called Customer service, it took me 3 calls, and 4 people to get a simple question answered. I was asking if the Nikon SB-600 flash came with a soft case, and stand, as all the other stores do. I was told no, you have to buy a package. Then I called back knowing that was wrong. I was told not sure hold, then transfered without being told. That 3rd person said let me call you back in 5 mins. To date never got her call back. The fourth person, was a male who said let me check, and put me on hold. Came back with in 5 mins and said, yes, it does have those things. I walked to the warehouse and checked myself. Only after, did someone do that, when I said to cancel my order.
