Very Bad business practices. Ordered border and murals, I was told a week later it was back ordered 2 weeks. 1 week later I called again to check, back ordered 2 more weeks from manufacturer. I asked why they charged me if they did not have it. They stated it would ship from manufacturer. I called the manufacturer, they said they had plenty in stock no reason for back order and they do not ship directly to consumers. They gave me a number of a store in my town that could order it. I had it in 2 days. Cancelled the same day I ordered from other store and still have not got refund. I checked with USA again today Amy told me 1-2 billing cycles, of course, it's already been one. I filed complaint with BBB and emailed USA and told them I am willing to go as far as legal proceedings if needed. I would not be surprised if this goes class action to get everyone's money back to them.They should not be allowed to do this. usually if something is back ordered a company waits til it comes in to charge you. It's very sad because they had the look of being a great company.
