Ordered a Panasonic 50" plasma w/Blu-Ray player with some concern after reading many negative reviews on this company. But most of the poor ratings were delivery issues with non-TV products. TV service reviews were rather positive so I placed my order. I had the TV and player 6 days later and both are in perfect working order saving $500 off the Best Buy price. I had to contact the carrier to schedule the delivery but never had the need to contact US Appliance for any reason.

Experienced no problems, Order was acknowledged within several hours. First working day after ordered recieved notice it had shipped and tracking info provided. It arrived in good shape and when hooked up it works perfectly.

I was pleased with the complete order and delivery process and the ordered TV seems to be inexcellent condition. And, I might order again from this merchant if the price is right. It was an unexpected pleasure dealing with us-appliance. They published long waites on shipping and I read about diesel surhcarges, etc. But in fact it was just plain great. The shipping dates were published on the item (LG TV 47LH90), shipping was totally free with no taxes. Price was unbeatable by a mile. Delivery was much faster than the expectation they published! Box was unmolested, TV was just plain beautifull! I will definitely come back for more!

I Purchased a Toshiba DVD video recorder.It was the best price available on the internet.I then received an e-mail confirmation immediately upon completion of the purchase transaction.I was then notified four days later ,via e-mail that the unit was shipped. The name of the shipping company [UPS] and the Track number was included.
The recorder was new in the box and it works fine. Very good transaction,quick shipping and overall an excellent purchase. |

Warning do not trust these people. I ordered two major appliances from them and was told that I would have them in two weeks. After hounding them for three additional weeks (after the initial two weeks) concerning the delivery of my items I finally cancelled may order.

I purchased two high end Kitchen Aid appliances from US-appliance.com, and did not open the boxes within 48 hours (I am in the middle of renovating the house). Much to my dismay, my $1700 convection oven was badly damaged in transit (looks like it fell on it's top) and repair costs are now my responsibility.
If you can deal with the hassle of ordering large appliances online, then do yourself a favor and become well acquainted with the return/exchange policy. If you do not open your product and report damages within 48 hours, then you're stuck with broken merchandise, and any damages resulting from those repairs will come out of your bank account. Any other authorized seller will deliver their products into your house and open them for you...US-appliance hires trucking companies that drop and run. Furthermore, US-appliance is rude and very unhelpful. They really made me feel like an idiot for not opening the box sooner... |

Store shipped severely damaged dryer which cannot be used. Refused to take it back, honor the store's guarantee or refund the purchase price. Have had to purchase another dryer elsewhere. Store was very strident amd unyielding in refusal to replace the product. From other reviews, it appears that this is typical.

Our only comment is on not receiving a pre-ship notification. We live in a rural area and it was fortunate that my wife was home when the shipper called to let us know he was on his way to our home. Other than that it was a very satisfying and simple process and we are very satisfied with the oven. We installed it ourselves the day after it arrived.

suggestion. when trying to track the order through pilot, the tracking # is not available on any information i received from US appliance, had to call pilot for the tracking #. needs a software update to the order tracking system whereby when you click on order tracking, the tracking # is provided. Regardless, I will definitely use and recommend US Appliance in the future.

Customer service said they had to get unit at another store which took a few more days. Once unit was received by shipping location, transit time was what was expected. In future, I would confirm unit was READILY available before I ordered and probably order on phone versus on-line.

I think that the group a US Appliance did a good job of processing my order and getting it picked up by the carrier. At that point, it became a complete nightmare. R L Carriers was the most disorganized and unreliable carrier that I have ever dealt with. They told me that my package would be delivered on a Friday afternoon. So I took off of work. After the delivery time passed, I was told that my package never even made it to my city. They could have called/emailed me to tell me that so that I wouldn't have had to miss work. Even their online tracking tool said that it was on time. Then they told me it would be delivered that night. No one showed up. I called again and they told me that it would be Monday. They said that the evening delivery was never even put in their system. I had to take additional time off of work to accept the package that Monday. I will never order from US Appliance unless they use a different carrier.

I completed a purchase with this store for an LG LSC27931sb. The website indicated the item would be delivered in 3 to 4 weeks. I was fine with that since I was getting free shipping and a price discount of 25 to 30%. BUT . . . we were then emailed a couple of days later that the item would not be delivered for 8 weeks or more due to a backorder situation with the manufacturer. Umm . . misleading advertising? Then my wife and I noted we were already charged for the item. Umm . . . suspicious business practices? By now I was not comfortable with the company at all and cancelled the order. Re-researched. Found a competitor who had changed their pricing and was now closer to their sale price and could deliver in 7 days. Purchased from them. Have many more large appliance to purchase soon - US Appliance will no longer be on my hit list. End of story.

This is the second appliance I bought from them. Both experiences were good. They are (almost) the cheapest, the delivery has been on time and I didn't have to endure a followup phone call where vendors usually push for warranties, etc. Communication was o.k., but not great. They confirmed receiving the order via email and a week later confirmed that a carrier has picked up the cooktop. But no update in between.
Since i didn't fill out a survey for the first purchase, let me what happened the first time. I bought a $2.5K convection oven and by mistake submitted the purchase on their website twice! Can u believe it, a quick phone call the next morning got it cleared up without hassle or restocking fee. These guys are honest.
