I spent over $5000 on a ring. I was concidering buying a matching band, the sales rep encouraged me to order the ring later, then decide on a band. I did. I asked at the time if it would be more to order the band later, they assured me it would be the same price. I started calling the day after christmas to see about the band. If I would order the same ring with the bands today, it would be $914 more than the ring alone would be today. When I tried to order the bands, they want me to pay 1450 for the bands. I asked to talk to a supervisor to explain the difference, I was put through to voice mail that was on a tues. I wait until friday and left another message. I called again on Monday and left a message. Today (tues) I left another message for the supervisor, and then called customer service. I was told they did not want my business and becasue I was being unreasonable by calling too much and had recieved a memo from the supervisor not to take my business and to add my number to caller id so any calls would go directly to voicemail, and to inform me they would not return my calls.
