I have to purchase some of these items through VetAmerica because I can not get them anywhere else or it is cost prohibitive to purchase them elsewhere. My biggest problem with VetAmerica is the fact that if I don't attach a message to every single order indicating that I need this order shipped ASAP, it takes weeks for it to get shipped. And the only information you can get as far as tracking online is that your order is "processing".

My order of CET chews was shorted by 15 pieces. I made a phone call to customer service and was assured the pieces would ship right away. They were and I was totally pleased! "Stuff" happens and when it does good merchants step up to the plate and make things right. You did and I REALLY appreciate that! I will shop with you without hesitation.

I've been ordering from here for a while now and its obvious they don't keep the food I order in stock. Literally every time I order it, I get an email saying that there will be a delay in my order because of a stock error. I have learned to order early, but I wish the website wouldn't say things are in stock when they aren't. The reason I keep buying from them is that they don't require prescriptions on the Royal Canin brand and the customer service people are very nice.

Everything was good, except I think there could have been better packing for shipping. Bottles of vitamins were just "tossed" into a box with a little bit of crumpled brown paper on top, making the bottles roll around. The vitamins I get are often somewhat crumbled and broken and this could easily be alleviated by proper packing from the shipping department.
