Excellent Excellent Excellent !!! 3 thumbs up!
I do all my shopping online, and finally came across Viking O.P. The site didn't seem so professional, so I didn't have much trust. But, I'm a sucker for good deals, and they had a good one. They had a label maker for $29.99 shipped free (since over $25) plus as a bonus they gave a free 3-piece luggage set. What a deal! Ok, I'll try it out. can't be that bad - only $30 worth of an order.
Anyway, they had a $1.48 1st time customer processing fee.. hmmm first time I've seen that, but what the hey.so order was actually $31.47
An annoying thing was that they don't really provide order confirmation, and the free item doesn't show up anywhere, they just claims it'll ship with the product, ok I'll take the chance.
Anyway, I received the order in a timely manner, and yes I received the luggage set as well. I did some more shopping around, and found the label maker for cheaper at office depot. so I called to see if they'd pricematch. They said they'd only pricematch to the cost price and on this item it was $27.99 (so they only make a $2 profit plus ship out a luggage set?) anyway, I never expected them to pricematch so no disappointmenr. Plus I did get the free luggage set. I asked if I can return, and the rep said sure, I'm like ok, how do I go about it. She goes - just package it up and we'll send U.P.S. to pick it up. Wow! I don't even need to pay or worry about sending it back, and I get a full refund. impressive!!!! I didn't end up returning yet but I still have about 4 weeks. Not only that, they offer a 1 year MONEY BACK guarantee. Anything happens to it within a year and they will replace the product or refund the money!!! wow! first time I'm hearing this.
The representative I spoke with was so pleasant and friendly!!!
Definitely a keeper
