I guess the best recommendation one can offer for any product or service is to say that I use it myself. I do most, if not all of my office shopping at Viking Office Products.

They sell almost everything. You can get business cards to personalized promotional items to computer supplies to janitorial supplies to candy for the office collective sweet tooth. Oh, if you need copy paper or printer paper or whatever you do with typing paper, on the cheap, Viking is the place to shop. You can get high quality paper like the Southworth line as well and everything in between.

My office is in a very rural area, so I excuse the lack of speed with which I sometimes receive my orders. Generally, my stuff arrives in about 2-4 days. I have ordered calendars and appointment books. I have ordered desk organizers and rolling file boxes. I have almost always received my order promptly.

I say almost always, because in my three year association with Viking I have had three items backordered. One was a hassle to resolve. It involved half a dozen phone calls to the customer service agent. One call resulted in the cancellation of my order. A second call re-instated the order which should never have been cancelled in the first place. I paid the first invoice for the item before the item arrived. A second statement arrived with the item. I then had to resolve the issue of two bills for one item finally received. Once I caught the right person at the customer service desk, the issue was cheerfully resolved to my satisfaction.

Billing is sometimes an issue. When items are backordered, they still appear on the initial invoice. An invoice is sent when the item finally ships under a separate invoice number. I have had "unpaid" invoices outstanding because I had paid the account off before they showed it being billed. A couple of phone calls always resolve the issue, but it can be a frustration.

Overall I highly rate Viking Office Products for quality products, reasonable prices and good customer service.
