I had my doublts, to be honest the price just seemed too cheap!I was very pleased,  everything was exactly what they send it would be, I asked for special delivery, or it would have been free!
Great price, The sales person must have thought I was crazy, because I kept drilling him about whether I was really getting the whole office suite.

My first (and definitely not last) experience ordering from viosoftware was great. I got free shipping, it shipped fast (ordered on Saturday and rcvd Wednesday, very fast for where I live). I was also upgraded to the pro version of the software (I ordered the standard version) at no additional cost. I also had no problem registering the software with microsoft, including the genuine advantage check, went thru without a hitch! I tested all of the apps that came with the suite I purchased, including the extra apps that come with the pro version, and am extremely happy with my purchase. I will definitely be ordering my next app from viosoftware.

I have used Vio Software for my company's software needs for many years. The online store is easy to navigate and they have a tremendous selection of software packs. They also have great prices. You might think that you would sacrifice service to save of costs, but not at Vio. My orders are always on time and correct. Vio has saved my company a huge amount of money over the years. With the cost of software packages and expense that delays in delivery and billing can cause, I can't afford to not buy from Vio Software.

Beware of software being advertised as "full retail" version when it is indeed an academic copy (not licensed for commercial use). I ordered and received Adobe Dreamweaver CS4, became suspicious when I saw "ED" on the lable. I went to Adobe's forum and found out that "RET" is the code for the retail version. I then called Adobe support, read the serial number to them, only to have it confirmed that the software was licensed as educational or academic. The Vio Software rep denies this is the case and has offered a refund. I sent the software back and am awaiting the refund now. Educational or Academic software cn be purchased much cheaper than full retail. Buyers beware.

I ordered Norton Internet Security 2009 OEM and it arrived in 2 days!! I am very pleased with the service, the price, and the delivery speed. The software loaded onto my computer and the S/N number worked flawlessly.  It is so nice to be able to buy original software for a decent price.  I am totally against using pirated software on all of my computers in my home and business, and so have had to wait until I could afford some programs.  Vio makes my software purchases less painful on the pocketbook, and I'm still consistent with my decision to only use officially licensed products.   I am definitely recommending Vio to my family, friends and customers.

Very easy to order with excellent product prices and fast shipping. In fact, the shipping was, in my case, free, but still very fast. The prices are especially attractive for academically-priced software packages, although all the prices look pretty good. It is easy to find your product.
